Taking into account the importance that the recruitment phase has for a company, namely the impact it may have on a potential new employee, it is important to choose by the use of new technologies, in order to make the recruitment process more Interesting and strategic. As part of the master’s project, a tailor-made application was developed to assist the host entity’s human resources professionals (blue-infinity), called the b-iVR Experience. blue-infinity (b-i) is a company specialized in digital services that combine creative and technical skills and, because it values quality, irreverence, dynamics and family spirit, realized that it was necessary to innovate at this point, betting heavily on the acquisition and retention of talent, using innovative recruitment. According to the objectives, motivations and requirements defined by the company, it was used the unity3D game engine for the development of the application and a online training on virtual reality technology in unity, in order to earn competences and to be able to adopt the best practices in the implementation of the project. For the development of the application, low-fidelity prototypes were elaborated, and consequently the main principles of screen designs that served as a basis for the development of high-fidelity prototypes. Next, the necessary architecture for the application to be developed was defined. have an interface with dynamic contents, providing professionals with the abstraction of code when inserting and editing content. After the b-iVR Experience application was developed, the performance tests were carried out. usability and satisfaction and based on these the analysis of the obtained results. Thus, as a final result we obtained a functional application of an application that aims to put virtual reality at the service of the company’s recruitment process within the scope of from which it was developed
